CADM Automotive is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, maritime and aerospace industries. For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a:

Responsibilities:

• Sales support for change evaluation (Timing, requirements alignment and commenting, budget preparation, etc.)
• Preparation and conducting of kick-off meetings
• Realization of changes under consideration of target dates of technology, timing, quality and costs
• Team coordination of change implementation until successful serial production in the production plant in close coordination with the launch manager
• Preparation and presentation of the project status to the customer and internally
• Coordination of measures to improve the contribution margin (VA/VE) activities in the assigned projects

Requirements:

• Education with technical background such as bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, precision engineering, plastics engineering or comparable qualification
• Training in project management or leadership optional
• At least 2 years of PM experience in the area of product development
• Proficient English language skills (German would be an asset)
• Experience in team leadership
• Intercultural competence
• Communication in the matrix (network organization)
• Problem/conflict solving methodology
