CADM Automotive is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, maritime and aerospace industries. For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a:

Responsibilities:

• Technical and disciplinary management of the prototype shop employees
• Ongoing inspection of orders during manufacturing and final inspection
• Coordination and management of manufacturing orders
• Material disposition
• Management of supplies and auxiliary materials, as well as machines and tools
• Organization of incoming and shipping goods
• Responsibility for the internal safety of employees
• Cooperation with the development teams
• Fixture construction of prototypes and pre-series models
• Manufacture of pre-series parts

Requirements:

• Completed technical mechanical vocational training with additional technician or master qualification or a comparable qualification
• Expertise and experience in primary and forming manufacturing processes as well as in joining and surface processes
• Secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Experience in the field of automotive prototyping desirable
• Some experience in the professional management of colleagues
• Knowledge in additive manufacturing
• Initial experience in the management and further development of employees desirable
• Proficient English language skills (German would be an asset)
