CADM Automotive is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, maritime and aerospace industries. For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a:

Responsibilities:

• Sending and monitoring material-specific requests for material compliance to external customers
• Review and dispatch of product-material data sheets in IMDS to external customers
• Support of internal and external customers on IMDS topics
• Support of internal and external customers regarding REACh requests
• IMDS escalation management
• Support and expert advice on compliance with product-related guidelines (e.g. IMDS, REACh, California Proposition 65, Biocides, ELV) from internal and external customers
• Planning and execution of trainings for internal customers
• Recording of key figures
• Administrative activities in Jira, OTRS, iPCA, IMDS
• DFMEA moderation and documentation
• The Regulatory Affairs employee monitors the REACh topic area by keeping an eye on the political landscape and recognizing the resulting effects on the company

Requirements:

• Profound experience in the automotive sector regarding material compliance, IMDS
• At least 12 months experience in all processes within his field of activity
• Advanced knowledge of the systems:
  - iPoint Compliance Agent
  - ISPO+
  - Jira
  - Company-specific Drawing archive
  - Company-specific ECO-module
  - OTRS-system
  - QSYS-FMEA module
  - Microsoft Office
• Proficient English language skills (German would be an asset)
• Knowledge in quality management
• Knowledge of the product development process and quality requirements
• Technical understanding
• Analytic skills
• Good manners with internal and external customers
